Neolith receives two awards for Casa Yin at Marbella Design & Art
- Casa Yin, designed by interior designer Cristina Puerta, received second place for Best Project and the INSIDE Award for the most-voted space by exhibitors at the 7th edition of Marbella Design & Art Awards.
Neolith has been honored with two awards at the 7th edition of Marbella Design & Art Awards for Casa Yin, the elegant space designed by interior designer Cristina Puerta and inspired by the concept of Yin and Yang.
Casa Yin captivated both the professional jury and the public at Marbella Design & Art by creating a space that feels like a true refuge, allowing us to rediscover our inner strength, connect with the essence of the earth, and explore the contrast between light and darkness. The space invites visitors to connect with themselves, surrounded by an atmosphere of elegance and natural beauty.

Thanks to its sophisticated and unique ambiance, the Neolith and La Ebanisteria space, Casa Yin, has earned the second award for Best Project and has also been awarded with the INSIDE Award, the most-voted space among exhibitors.
“The natural beauty and elegance of Casa Yin, designed by Cristina Puerta, embodies Neolith’s core values in a single space: passion, innovation, collaboration, style, and inspiration. We are incredibly proud of the two recognitions we’ve received at Marbella Design,” said Andreas Manero, Marketing Director of Neolith.
According to Cristina Puerta, Casa Yin’s designer, “I’m forever grateful to Neolith and La Ebanisteria for trusting me. Casa Yin has truly shined thanks to everyone who contributed to it. We’ve created a wonderful family, and I couldn’t be prouder of the work we’ve accomplished together.”
Casa Yin has received two prestigious awards at the 7th edition of Marbella Design & Art.
A harmonious play of contrasts with Neolith surfaces
For the space’s flooring and cladding, Cristina Puerta chose two elegant Neolith surfaces, Amazonico and Everest Sunrise, both contrasting with a thoughtful play of geometric shapes.
On the one hand, Neolith’s Amazonico, with its greenish tone, mimics exotic marble and evokes the dense tropical rainforests of South America.
On the other hand, Neolith’s Everest Sunrise model is inspired by the world’s highest mountain, Mount Everest, and is an impeccable, balanced quartzite. The product combines the delicate and peaceful color of the Himalayan mountains with a subtle spark and gold sheen that evokes the breathtaking sunrises from its peak.
This perfect contrast between Neolith surfaces creates a unique and sophisticated atmosphere in Casa Yin.
The 7th Marbella Design & Art Awards ceremony took place on November 8 at the Fred Friedrich Museum in Marbella, featuring a prestigious jury that recognized the dedication and creative vision of the studios and collaborating companies of the 2024 edition.
